or wehen they rock a college jersey but dont know the the schools mascot (gophers for mn for example)

I used to work with this wanna be Eminem and he was always rocking a Mets cap. Mets are my fave team, well, anyways, I was rocking a Mets hat to work and he was all like, you trying to copy my style. I said, thats actually my sqyad, name me a player from the team. He couldnt. Needless to say, I wasn't surprised.

That statement goes for about 50% of all the Yankees fans and Lakers, everyone rocks the Yankees hat, jersey but doesn't know a damn thing about the team, except that they've won alot of world series, jeter is on the team, and they play in the bronx,I just ask them who their shortstop was before jeter, and if they know, they're real fans, and if they don't, they're just jerks. Same with the Lakers couldnt name a player before Shaq and Kobe. SHIT! Probably cant anyone now on that team besides them two.

i dont know how or where this came from, but some how in my collection of gear i landed an old denver nuggets jersey with abdul-rauf's name on the back. remember him? formerly known as chris jackson. had terrets. turned muslim and wouldnt stand during the national anthem. kind of a fucked up jersey to own. i havent worn it in like three years maybe more... but i dig it just cause i am half a weed head and it says nuggets on the front.

Been there...and its WAY different then the dome!!! The place is just dope as hell!!! I mean even if ur up in the right field bleachers like i was..ppl there get all drunk and n2 it..and yell at the pitchers!! Watchin a game in Yankee Stadium is nuthin like watching a game at the dome!! The only thing that sucks about Yankee Stadium..is that the hallways r fuckin small as hell...and if the food line is backed up at consetion stands.... u all have 2 walk single file against the back wall 2 get by in the hall ways..its sucks...but i still rather go there 2 see a game ..then go 2 the dome!!!

I have one (colored hat) and dont see it as disrepectful....I rock the regular blue hat with everything I wear except when I'm wearing red, and thats when I wear the red one. never been to Yankee stadium, but going to this summer actually. But even if i dont, does that make me less of a fan? I go to the games at the Dome vs the Yanks...I can't help I live 1700 miles from the bronx! Money is tight, hard to go there..but I will (hopefully!) this summer.
