So in my lecture class today we had a Criminal Intellegence Analist come into talk about the MN Gang Strike Force.

The state on MN gang member is:
1. Suspected: engaged in criminal activity and has at least one criteria of gang membership
2. Comfirmed: Three or more criteria
3. Confirmed/Convicted: 14 or older, 3 or more criteria, gang memeber or felony conviction.


Criteria:
1. Admits membership
2. Associates with gang members
3. Gang tattoos
4. Wears gang symbols
5. Is in a photography with a gang members
6. Name is on a gang document
7. Identified as a gang member by a reliable source
8. Arrested with a gang members
9. Corresponds with gang members
10. Write about gangs (graffiti)

I have never been associated with a gang and neither has my family so what's that got to do with me and cops pulling me over (which happened again yesterday), cuz I know this post was directed at me to prove me wrong in some way.

Afroteck, you've got it all wrong! I was just putting some information up that I thought was interesting. It was suppose to give some insight about some profiling that law enforcement use in the state of MN.
