Nope cant say that I did-but when i woke up and seen what was on the cover of the star tribune I had a taste of vomit rise in my throat! What the hell? 48 hrs. to leave your country? Bull shit I cant stand this president that florida elected. But one of the things he said was something like- this is not an act of power but an act of will-WHOS WILL?????? what the hell is this man thinking? his coments make him look even more and more stupid! I mean cmon Hes got Australia and some other country sending us some troops! Fuckin brain dead idiotic bastards!

I watched Bush address the nation tonight about the war starting. On the BBC channel I just watched Saddam address his nation. (There is no proof it is Saddam, it could be fake.) Regardless, both speeches seemed very similar to me. They both drew heavily on nationalism, defense, religion, good and evil, freedom, and culture to make their respective cases for war. In different ways, Bush and Hussein are two tyrant rulers, and it is evident in the fact that they both address their people using almost all the same rationale. We gotta see through the bullshit. did anybody else see both these speeches? whatya think? -aXis

Protesting is for democratic participants in America. are you saying 7, that the Civil Rights movement was a bunch of treehugging pussies? cause that was the conservative stance at the time. Were Vietnam protesters treehugging dirty hippies? some you may say were, but in our present time there is hardly anyone who would say that Vietnam wasn't a huge mistake, and that the protesters WERE the ones supporting our troops. As now, we don't want our fellow Americans to waste their lives serving and dying for bogus reasons.

Im not against this war. I think that a smart president would have allowed the U.N. inspectors to create their own deadlines instead of that gung-ho "we are the big powerful oil tycoons and we run the earth do what we say when we say or die! My pops was in Vietnam. he was shot in the arm and almost lost half of it for what....nothing. we all talk on these cpus ..anyone ever been capped for no reason other than your a foot solider a fucking army ant. I pray for our troops everyday and I support their lives with all my heart. I dont support unrational jumping the gun type shit. as our president seems to act out of vengence alone.
